Hi Jimmy, already a month since Chrsitmas - January sure has flown. It continues to be a month with below average temps and plenty of cloud and isolated showers. Almost every day this month has had rain.
The models were tipping some thunderstorms within range of the Northern Rivers by the end of the week but now it appears that the next ridge will dominate - oh well ! Without any stormy weather there has been a lot of extra time to spend with the family. Went and saw "I am legend" movie with katrina on Tuesday night. We enjoyed that very much.
Last night attended an SES meeting where a review of operations during the flood were discussed.
