Another waterspout to add to the collection. This is from today 31/05/11 at around 1pm from Point Lookout, North Stradbroke Island –
Note this is not my photo but I was given permission to post online. Not a bad waterspout there, I can confirm that the vortex is definitely reaching the water (bit hard to see in the resized image). Point Lookout would have been a great place to be today with numerous storm/updraft pulses going up just offshore. Wouldn't be suprised if there were multiply waterspouts off Point Lookout during the afternoon but I can 'only' confirm one.
