Weatherwise, it is looking at least not too dry for a change. I look back and it seems for so many years we were in drought and now the land is green whichever direction you look. The weather is also cooler – not one day of 40C as yet. January I think promises to bring forth more showery and rainy periods. I feel heatwaves will invade the Victorian and South Australian region as the northeasterly airflow turns northerly in Victoria and advects heat into the region.
