Flash flood warning issued for storm near Casino

Got home just in time from shopping to head off on a storm chase with Rodney. Mushy sort of cells developed south of the Clarence Valley and spread up with quite a lot of CGs despite the very moist moisture profile. Bit of a shelf cloud too. Very heavy rain fell in a storm we were in just west of Casino.  BoM issued a flash flood warning shortly afterwards, and not surprising.

Probably wont see another storm locally for several days now. Certainly don’t want any Friday afternoon/evening as it’s the staff night out for Alison’s school.
