One year ago today - an unprecedented hailstorm event hit Sydney! Upwards of 8 to 11 major storms - most likely supercells in one 3 to 4 hour period was sunply insane!

Was it “Unprecedented”? Maybe it was “Hegacatastrophical” Were they the biggest stones ever recorded, that would be unprecedented.
This storm was a result of “Antipodean Climate Change” I reckon. I just made that term up eh ;) It is gonna be the new love child term of the alarmist’s,? Nice pics dude, love that rippled base and structure, that is sick.
I remember it, got some nice footage of an incredible updraft just exploding into to anvil of another storm towards the NE! But how did I miss out on giant hail or an incredible lightning barrage? Isolated events?
I remember this drive home from Bella Vista.. I left a little earlier than usual as I knew storms would be an issue later… Got stuck in standstill traffic where the M7 meets the Hume… But once that got moving I looked around at the sky and said to the guys that things were changing and these storms have turned mean…
