Spent some time editing this picture that unfortunately was out of focus or camera shake – low light. For me the best structure of a poor season here in Australia – dominated by bushfires and dust!
By the way there was hail at the time splattering on the road and I was under trees with occasional bolts – one was from the anvil behind me! There was the threat of "giant hail" at the time – later I found hailstones of golf ball sized but definitely there were hailstones – of up to 6cm (they were confirmed in this storm).
