Although high based, and there is smoke, great to see storms building to my west! This eventually became a fire and produced lightning!

I just sat down to see if we are likely to get any storms.
Yea storms are nice but they bring lightning and spot fires and the rain is making the back burns difficult to get in before the weekend. At this point I am more than happy for backburns to take precedence.
Hopefully more rain ?
One rumble here in Illawarra, went and walked Not My dog in the brief rain, just to remind myself what it feels like. Now its 90% humid

I’m kinda wondering if the last November event, yesterday’s and today’s were fire induced storms/pyrocumulonimbus that became self sustained way downstream of the fire.
In the end some heavy rain briefly later and then another storm with lightning show!!! Awesome! Strong winds with heavy rain on the northern end of a line that hit Glenmore Park.
