One of my birthday wishes is to have a storm occur on my birthday. Unfortunately, April is not the most ideal period for such to occur. However, to add to an awesome season for myself, one did occur and in view to my west over the Blue Mountains. The southern part of the cell was somewhat structured into an LP style configuration. It probably interacted with the outflow from an earlier developing storm that collapsed near Penrith (see below). Please note these are two separate storms. The storm above dumped heavy rainfall in the Sydney suburbs!
