Pulse Storms Central Tablelands 27th January 2020
Storms were anticipated with the model calculated capes of up to 2000J/kg but very weak wind shear profiles. Although most storms probably did not enjoy such energy being relatively cluttered, it was a leisurely chase. The bests occurred later near Mudgee but I was not able to get to those. Sadly I was able to observe the aftermath of complete devastation caused by the fires near and around Bell as you will observe in the foreground of some of the pictures.
