The National Weather Service in Hastings have suggest at least 8 tornadoes were reported in Nebraska on the 11th May 2014. It is reported that the main rain wrapped tornado got to width 3/4 mile wide with an EF-3 rating in the preliminary report. Actually if you look at where the hook was the town got hit by RFD winds! Apparently up to 100miles per hour (160km/h for those trying to do the conversion)!
