We had a pretty good dumping of rainfall yesterday - particularly later in the day and overnight. I was awoken by rain twice overnight. The behaviour of the rainfall interested me given the steady increase both in frequency and intensity of the rainfall that lead to the total of 66.6mm of rain. That will green things a little. I think we can say goobye to the majority of the frosty mornings - a short, sharp winter in my opinion. Let's hope you get some good falls up there where it is desparately needed - even if it is from a personal perspective:)
